SV	Daarom geschiedde het met den omgang des jaars, dat de heirkracht van Syrie tegen hem optoog, en zij kwamen tot Juda en Jeruzalem, en verdierven uit het volk al de vorsten des volks; en zij zonden al hun roof tot den koning van Damaskus.
WLC	וַיְהִ֣י ׀ לִתְקוּפַ֣ת הַשָּׁנָ֗ה עָלָ֣ה עָלָיו֮ חֵ֣יל אֲרָם֒ וַיָּבֹ֗אוּ אֶל־יְהוּדָה֙ וִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וַיַּשְׁחִ֛יתוּ אֶת־כָּל־שָׂרֵ֥י הָעָ֖ם מֵעָ֑ם וְכָל־שְׁלָלָ֥ם שִׁלְּח֖וּ לְמֶ֥לֶךְ דַּרְמָֽשֶׂק׃
Trans.	wayəhî liṯəqûfaṯ haššānâ ‘ālâ ‘ālāyw ḥêl ’ărām wayyāḇō’û ’el-yəhûḏâ wîrûšālaim wayyašəḥîṯû ’eṯ-kāl-śārê hā‘ām mē‘ām wəḵāl-šəlālām šilləḥû ləmeleḵə darəmāśeq:

AC	כג ויהי לתקופת השנה עלה עליו חיל ארם ויבאו אל יהודה וירושלם וישחיתו את כל שרי העם מעם וכל שללם שלחו למלך דרמשק
ASV	And it came to pass at the end of the year, that the army of the Syrians came up against him: and they came to Judah and Jerusalem, and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people, and sent all the spoil of them unto the king of Damascus.
BE	Now in the spring, the army of the Aramaeans came up against him; they came against Judah and Jerusalem, putting to death all the great men of the people and sending all the goods they took from them to the king of Damascus.
Darby	And it came to pass at the end of the year [that] the army of Syria came up against him; and they entered into Judah and Jerusalem, and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people, and sent all the spoil of them to the king at Damascus.
ELB05	Und es geschah beim Umlauf des Jahres, daß ein Heer der Syrer wider ihn heraufzog. Und sie kamen nach Juda und Jerusalem und schlachteten aus dem Volke alle Obersten des Volkes; und alle ihre Beute sandten sie zu dem König von Damaskus.
LSG	Quand l'année fut révolue, l'armée des Syriens monta contre Joas, et vint en Juda et à Jérusalem. Ils tuèrent parmi le peuple tous les chefs du peuple, et ils envoyèrent au roi de Damas tout leur butin.
Sch	Und um die Jahreswende zog das Heer der Syrer wider ihn herauf, und sie kamen nach Juda und Jerusalem und vertilgten alle Obersten des Volkes aus dem Volk und sandten alle ihre Habe zu dem König von Damaskus.
